Yoga is the space where I reconnect with my truth. It is a practice of breath, awareness, and acceptance — a gentle reminder to release judgment and come home to myself. In every class and every quiet moment on the mat, I learn to listen: to my mind, my heart, and the world around me.
As a yogi, I carry forward the belief that each breath is a chance to begin again. Yoga supports me in storytelling, parenting, and living with intention. It softens fear and strengthens courage, allowing me to meet life’s challenges with greater steadiness and compassion.
Through sharing my practice, I hope to encourage others to slow down, find stillness, and remember what matters most.
